Searching for submitted orders

After you place an order, you can use the Search bar to look up the order.
Note: This feature does not apply to CSR users.

To search for an order:

  1. In the Search bar at the top of the page, select Order Number and specify all or part of the order number.
    • If the order has multiple generations, append the suffix, for example, 12345/2.
    • If you are a B2B user, you can also look up the order by using a purchase order number.
    • If you are a guest user, you must also specify the email address that is associated with the order.
  2. Click Go.
